A stunning blend of field recordings, noisy electronica, and the dark atmospherics of the Iranian desert, performed with an arsenal of ethnic instruments--Egyptian dumbak, liquid drums, bendirs, Azerbaijan frame drum, surdo, mahogany pro djembes, tamborine, Persian zarb & frame drums, rababa, distant ouds, didjeridus, Eś panjab clay flute, native Iranian ney, sipsi stone flute, Tibetan gongs and various chimes, shakers, and rainstick.
